I really like using Excalidraw to make little doodles (in addition to its whiteboarding features).

I wanted to depict the feeling of being stuck doing something useless and mindless rather than the thing you need to do - or even the thing you want to do. It’s like being “on the fence”, but you can’t simply “fall off” to either side. That would take too much energy.

It’s like being between two fences - languishing in no-man’s land.
